Shipping and Other Information

For these initial few months of our launch, we have limited shipping options overseas. In addition to our domestic US shipments, we are currently shipping to Taiwan and the UK. Please contact us if you are in another market and we will do our best to provide shipping services to you. Note - while there are third party shipping services available, some of them may be unreliable, so we would encourage you to contact us directly. We plan to provide broader International shipping options in 2025.

All of our art is shipped flat, in crush-proof boxes, within 7 business days of purchase. Please reach out with any urgent shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Default shipping service is via Priority USPS Mail, but we can easily ship via FedEx or UPS upon request.

For those customers in the Bay Area who wish to pick up artwork at our location in Emeryville, contact us directly and we can accommodate you.

A note about authenticity - all of our human artists are personally known to us. Each piece of art will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Each artist signs their work in the way they see fit - some on the front, and some on the back. Some include titles or dates, some do not. We are guided by the artist practice on this, but provide this certificate as an extra form of verification.
